Brain Gym® is the foundation of the Educational Kinesiology program and courses teach movements to assist the student to achieve their optimal potential.
You could start with learning Brain Gym®: 26 Movements (BG104), which is an entry level course that teaches the 26 movements. It is an in-depth experience of each movement using the Brain Gym® for Teachers book.
Brain Gym®101 Course teaches the movements and then concentrates on a specific 5 step goal setting process and 2 re-patterning techniques. It becomes a personal development course as you learn and experience 10 different goal setting strategies.
There are six other entry level courses.
Each Instructor is licensed to teach an entry level course and many are licensed to teach multiple courses. Those with Course Codes following their names have additional teaching certifications.
